We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated route based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania . This position offers daily home time , steady year-round freight, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

Job Details

• Home Time: Daily
• Schedule: Friday through Tuesday
• Start Time: Approximately 10:00 AM
• Shift Length: 12-14 Hours
• Hiring Radius: Within 40 miles of Bethlehem, PA (18020)

Pay & Compensation

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,540-$2,115+
• Annual Earnings: $80,000-$110,000+
• Mileage Pay: $0.60-$0.66 CPM
• Daily Attendance Pay: $60-$75
• Stop Pay: $20.50-$22.50 per stop
• Detention Pay
• Paid Safety Training
• Paid Orientation
• Holiday Pay
• Additional pay available for voluntary sixth workday

Top-performing drivers may earn over $110,000 annually .

Equipment

• Automatic Day Cabs
• Dry Van Trailers
• Refrigerated Trailers
• Slip Seat Operation

Freight

Drivers haul dedicated grocery freight with consistent year-round miles.

Responsibilities include:

• Multi-stop deliveries
• Approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Driver-assist freight
• Pallet jack use when required
• Return product and backhaul freight

Delivery Area

This position includes deliveries throughout the New York City metropolitan area, including:

• Brooklyn
• Queens
• Bronx
• Staten Island
• Long Island

No Manhattan deliveries.

Paid route training is provided.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 3 months recent CDL-A driving experience
• Safe driving history
• Ability to perform driver-assist deliveries
• Comfortable operating in the New York City area (excluding Manhattan)
• Professional customer service skills
