The role of a Medical Assistant Instructor is a pivotal position within our Austin, TX location, designed to shape the next generation of skilled Medical Assistant professionals. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in the medical field to inspire and mentor students, guiding them toward successful careers in healthcare. As an instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality education and fostering a learning environment that emphasizes professionalism and excellence.

*  Deliver curriculum content effectively to Medical Assistant students, ensuring clarity and comprehension.
*  Mentor and guide students to develop professional skills and industry-specific competencies.
*  Utilize practical experience to provide real-world insights and examples that enhance the learning experience. *  Promote a positive and engaging classroom environment to foster student success and participation.
*  Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure alignment with institutional objectives and educational standards.

*  A minimum of 3+ years of practical experience in the medical field.
*  Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential is required.  CPR certification is preferred but not required.
*  No prior teaching experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
